This mid-rise building features 235 apartments and 7 townhouses with office suites. The project includes retail spaces, a three-level basement car park, and extensive amenities.
Providing the Design and Construct engineering services during the construction phase of this new development, Inflow has been supported the mechanical contractor with alternative cost-efficient design for condensing cooling water piping system and air conditioning and distributions systems supported by the relevant engineering calculations including but not limited to refrigerant charge limit calculations, water cooled VRV unit selections, and ventilation calculations.
