Flour Mill Facility

The development site includes a seven-storey processing building with an effective height exceeding 25 meters, along with a large isolated building and a Class 7b warehouse. We were tasked with delivering the Detailed Design to IFC Level, which included RCP Coordination. Additionally, we provided construction support through weekly site meetings, responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site inspections.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

Rendering Facility

We provided fire services design, including occupant warning system for the warehouse, ASD and gas suppression system for switch rooms, LHD design for group electrical cabling and large motors, as well as fire hose (FH) and fire hydrant (FHR) coverage throughout the facility.

Greenfield Frozen Project

Our team completed the transition from concept to detailed design for this project. The fire protection design features a combined hydrant and sprinkler system (with two on-site pumps and an 862 KL fire storage tank) for production and storage areas (HH), pre-action sprinklers for freezers, and gas suppression with VESDA for switch rooms.
